CourtroomI refused to work on Saturdays because it isn't in my contract
The office has asked everyone to come in on Saturdays to meet a deadline, with no extra pay. My contract says Monday to Friday, so I said no. Everyone else came. Now my team lead is cold towards me, and colleagues say I’m not a team player. Am I wrong for standing on my contract?
